At Office Specialties we would like to provide you with an update regarding the recent government announcements regarding the Covid-19.
Regarding the current situation with Covid-19 we would like to share some important information with you to keep you up to date with our operations.
Our emphasis remains providing a normal service to you, our valued customer, whilst remaining conscientious and responsive to government recommendations and guidance.
Our operations that have been put in place in the light of Covid-19;
- We are continuing to take orders by email 5 days a week, or 24/7 via our website.
- We are continuing to work closely with our supply base and as the situation develops, we will communicate any issues or delays to delivery that if and when they occur.
- For UK order please allow an extra 2 - 3 working days for delivery. All items are dispatched 1st class mail.
- For Non UK orders please allow an extra 5 working days to

Strawberry Cheesecake
Recipe of the week comes from Pamela Kemp
Pamela has done her own take on a Strawberry cheesecake that comes from the www.bbcgoodfood.com

Ingredients
250g digestive biscuits
100g butter melted
1 vanilla pod
600g cream cheese
100g icing sugar
284ml pot of double cream
For the topping
400g punnet of strawberries, halved
25g icing sugar
Method
- To make the base, butter and line a 23cm loose-bottomed tin with baking parchment. Put the digestive biscuits in a plastic food bag and crush to crumbs using a rolling pin. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl, then pour over the melted butter. Mix thoroughly until the crumbs are completely coated. Tip them into the prepared tin and press firmly down into the base to create an even layer. Chill in the fridge for 1 hr to set firmly.
- Slice the vanilla pod in half lengthways, leaving the tip intact, so that the two halves are still joined. Holding onto the tip of the pod, scrape out the seeds using
Chocolate Egg with 3 Chocolate Mouse & Stick Gingerbread

Chocolate Egg with 3 Chocolate Mouse and a Sticky Gingerbread
Chocolate Egg with 3 chocolate Mousse, perfect for making with the kids at Easter time

- 4 eggs plus 2 extra eggs whites
- 75g caster sugar
- 50g dark chocolate
- 50g milk chocolate
- 50g unsalted butter50g white chocolate
- 50g crème fraiche
- 6 Small kinder eggs
Method
1. Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks
2. Beat the yolks (best in a mixer) with the sugar until double in size and is pale and frothy
3. Melt each chocolate in different bowls with the butter divided between the 3 bowls
4. Divide the egg yolk mixture into the 3-chocolate bowls and carefully mix through then add the creme fraiche again between the 3 bowls.
5. Beat the egg whites until the form soft peaks. Gently fold the egg whites into the 3 chocolate mixtures.
6. Break the top of the kinder
